Melanie Homan is an assistant professor in the Graduate Department of Occupational Therapy at Íæż½ã½ã in St. Paul, Minnesota. She teaches courses in foundational skills, older adults, pediatrics and physical rehabilitation. Melanie is also an ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church. Her scholarly interests include end-of-life care, healthy bereavement, and integrating spirituality into OT practice. Melanie also collaborates with the non-profit Rebuilding Together Minnesota to provide home modification evaluations for older adults who want to age in place in their homes.
